Eleven Qualitative FGDs Transcribed (Regional Languages), Processed And Analyzed In One Day, delivering rapid and actionable insights.
One Friday evening, a leading full-service market research agency from one of the central African countries approached Actnable AI and asked whether AI could help them meet one of their clients’ requests to present the findings on Monday morning.
The details of the request were that it was a Qualitative study with 11 FGDs in local languages. They were to complete the FGDs next Saturday, and the recordings would be available by the evening. They wondered whether Actnable Qual AI could help them with transcriptions and further analysis so they could write a report on Sunday evening and present it on Monday.
We received the FGD recordings in the evening. Each recording lasted around 90 minutes. We loaded them on to the Actnable platform, and then it took around 30 minutes for AI to do the entire processing (transcribing, translation, and analysis) for each recording. We were able to process them by the morning of the next day.
The platform allowed the client to access the outputs and analyses directly and even further access to data by a Chatbot to query the transcripts.
The Chatbot (DIA—Digital Insight Assistant) helped the client interact with the data and generate a deeper understanding of the key issues discussed in the FGDs.
